Hill Reps next Monday 28/11/11, meet at the centre at 7.30 pm. Format is 4 reps up kamikaze Hill and 4 reps up constitution Hill. You will need a head torch, so come along it's great training and if you don't fancy doing all the 8 reps you can do as many as you want.
