We are a friendly and well established running club who participate in road, fell and cross country running events. 

If you are a 10 minute miler or a 10 miles an hour runner, we would be equally pleased to meet you.

We also have an active social calendar of trips and non-running events.

Our weekly running night is Wednesday at 7pm from Friesland Leisure Centre, Nursery Avenue, Sandiacre, Derbyshire (half a mile north of J25 of the M1).
