Karen is runnng the London Marathon this year.  In her own words:

Everyone says I'm crazy but I'm running the London Marathon 2012. Nervous?  Me?  I may even be the first woman heart transplantee to run it - no pressure then!

I'm raising money for the Cardiomyopathy Association, the charity that raises the profile of the condition I use to suffer from and supports those with the condition and their families.  I need to raise at least £1500 for them!

So pleae donate what you can and I'll run my legs off on the day.
