Not content with taking part in the Heanor Xmas Pudding Run on Sunday the 16th, Nigel Starr took part in this 16 ish mile challenge as a warm up!!

Plenty of mud and loads of styles to negotiate but, according to Nigel, most enjoyable!

He completed the distance in a creditable 3:05 and was 172nd out of 488.
