This award is in memory of our great friend Tony who has been "gone" almost eight year now.
The recipient is chosen by the rank and file who, in their opinion, has achieved something outstanding during the year.

This year's winner(s) are Jim Robinson & Stuart Whittaker.
1. For nearly ten years now they have been organising the Club Patterdale trip which they have made so popular that there is usually a waiting list !!
2. They have also designed and set up "our" cross country course at Bramcote Park for use in the East Midlands Cross Country League for quite a nuber of years.
3. But their biggest achievement this year has been their cycle ride from Land's End to John O' Groats completely unaided. This meant carrying everything they needed and stopping where-ever theY could en route whether it was bed & breakfast, Hostels, Bothies or even "bivvying" where neccessary!!
