This week we had 12 runners, 1 guest & 2 volunteers.

Well done to Maurice Davey 1st VM90-94 at Long Eaton, Nigel Starr 2nd VM70-74 (his 1st park run as a 70 year old!), Anne Brownhill 2nd VW75-79 & Wayne Handley 3rd VM55-59 both at Shipley Park.

Also well done to Richard MacRae who managed to post a good time at Long Eaton despite having issues with his knee.
